Careers

Community Living Support Professional:

Provide and/or coordinate generic and specialized services needed to support individuals with disabilities living in their own homes in the community. Provide support for people with disabilities that will promote independence, integration, choice and control by persons served.

Job Coach:

The Job Coach provides support for people with developmental disabilities in a work setting. The primary activities of the Job Coach are to transport individuals to and from work, train and supervise them on the job and to act as a liaison between the individual and their employer. Job Coach is an hourly, non-exempt position. Specific days and hours are scheduled by the Employment Manager according to the demands of the employment placements for employees with disabilities.
