The primary activities of the Job Coach are to transport individuals to and from work, train and supervise them on the job and to act as a liaison between the individual and their employer. Job Coach is an hourly, non-exempt position. Specific days and hours are scheduled by the Employment Manager according to the demands of the employment placements for employees with disabilities.
