The Mail Tribune runs a wonderful series through the holidays called “Light One Candle.” Each entry focuses on one individual, family, or agency that needs a little extra help through the holidays.
Some of our clients here at Living Opportunities have been blessed enough to get their stories spotlighted by the Mail Tribune during this time of giving, and the response has been overwhelmingly generous!
Cynthia, a single mom with an autistic son, struggles to meet the daily challenges that face her family.
Seth needs the tools to reach his potential, and to show the world his wonderful talent with graphic art.
Ron, is intellectually impaired, and experienced abuse for years until he came to Living Opps. Now Ron lives in an apartment and holds three jobs. He also loves horses, and would love to be able to continue his riding lessons through Hope Equestrian Center.
