the mission of
Living Opportunities
Living Opportunities is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors consisting of Jackson County residents, and representing the business community as well as the families of people with developmental disabilities. The Board convenes twelve times per year, sets our philosophical direction, makes policy decisions, approves our budget and consults with staff on a variety of projects.
The Board of Directors hires a Chief Executive Officer to manage the operations of the organization. There have been three CEO's since 1974; the current is Roger Hassenpflug, who has been with Living Opps since 1988
